Our Solution
We designed a custom CRM using Airtable and n8n to centralize and automate the entire client lifecycle. The platform featured automated task generation, dynamic case timelines, and centralized views tailored by role. We integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Discord to unify communication and scheduling. Additionally, over 20 auto-generated documents were implemented across the pre-suit, litigation, and settlement phases, eliminating repetitive drafting and reducing human error.
